Nathan is a graduate student in the Program in Molecular Biophysics (PMB). He received his B.S. in Biochemistry/Chemistry and Physics-Biophysics from the University of California, San Diego in 2022, where he also did undergraduate research with Dr. Elizabeth Komives studying protein-protein interactions involving E3 ubiquitin ligases. He is obsessed with protein energy landscapes, and under the guidance of Dr. Frueh, he intends to gain mastery over NMR as a tool to study how enzymes “dance”.

When he is not doing science, he likes to eat good food and laugh at memes.
